Ageing Simulations

Thanks to the comparison between historical photographs and recent images of the objects in their current condition, it was possible to generate time-evolution videos for several of the exhibited artifacts.

By combining generative AI with photo and video editing tools, we were also able to hypothesize and visually reconstruct the original appearance (including colours) of the objects before they were damaged during the war.
